Profspeakers Lounge (online)
The Profspeakers Lounge is our meeting format where we share ideas and provide feedback around all sorts of topics connected to professional speaking. Usually, a club member or an external guest will introduce a topic in a mini-workshop, followed by an informal conversation.
Tell me a Story
Stories touch people’s emotions and imaginations. They’re memorable. They are the most essential element of a persuasive presentation. In this mini-workshop, participants will learn about the role of stories and be given a template for creating, rehearsing, and presenting a story that they can use in their next speech or presentation.
How to attend
For face-to-face meetings, please make sure that you read and follow the current COVID-19 hygiene rules.
For online meetings, you need a computer with a webcam and an internet connection. Download the Zoom Client for your laptop or desktop computer. Please switch your camera on so that all participants can see each other.
