Professional Speakers Circle is a registered association (eingetragener Verein, “e. V.”) under German law. It is governed by its Articles of Association (“Satzung”).

The highest decision-making body is the Membership Assembly, which comprises all ordinary (full) members. The Managing Board runs the daily business. The Membership Assembly elects it for a three-year term.
