Professional Speakers Frankfurt is a registered association (eingetragener Verein, “e. V.”) under German law and is affiliated with Toastmasters International as an Advanced Toastmasters Club. We belong to Area F3 of District 95 within Toastmaster’s organizational structure. Our Club number is 6536712.
Professional Speakers Frankfurt is governed by its Articles of Association (“Satzung”). Only the German original is legally binding. The English translation is for information purposes.
The highest decision-making body of the Club is the General Membership Assembly, which is comprised of all ordinary (full) members. The Executive Committee runs the Club’s daily business. It is elected by the General Membership Assembly for a one-year term (July to June).
